At FanHub Store, we take pride in offering high-quality ceiling fans that are built to last. To ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase, we offer a comprehensive warranty on all of our products.

Warranty Coverage:

Our warranty provides coverage against manufacturing defects and faulty materials for a period of 5 years for the motor and 1 year for accessories, from the date of purchase. If a defect is detected within this period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge, but transport costs must be borne by the customer.

Warranty Registration:

If you purchase your fan online with us, your fan is already registered by default, so there is no need to register your product.

Terms and Conditions:

The warranty will be considered null or void if the serial label on the product is removed, tampered with or made unreadable, the product is incorrectly installed (instruction manual not followed), the product is modified or otherwise mishandled, or the product has been repaired or parts replaced by unauthorized personnel.

This warranty is invalid if communicated verbally or in writing.

Damage caused by lightning or improper installation is not covered under this warranty.

When requesting service or repair, the original warranty card must be presented.

FANHUB HOME APPLIANCES SDN. BHD. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this warranty without prior notice.
