Are Fanhub ceiling fans certified in Malaysia?

What's the difference between DC and AC ceiling fans?
DC fans use roughly 50-80% less energy than AC fans, run more quietly, weigh less, and usually offer more functions (5-6 speeds, timer, reverse, natural wind mode). AC fans cost less upfront, but the price gap has narrowed. For example, the Niki DC fan draws about 35W and the Elpis about 26W.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
What warranty do Fanhub ceiling fans come with?
Fanhub fans carry a 5-year warranty on the motor and 1 year on accessories (remote, light kits, etc.). Professional installation by Fanhub adds a 6-month extended warranty.

Warranty Coverage:
Our warranty provides coverage against manufacturing defects and faulty materials for a period of 5 years for the motor and 1 year for accessories, from the date of purchase. If a defect is detected within this period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge, but transport costs must be borne by the customer.
Warranty Registration:
If you purchase your fan online with us, your fan is already registered by default, so there is no need to register your product.
Terms and Conditions:
The warranty will be considered null or void if the serial label on the product is removed, tampered with or made unreadable, the product is incorrectly installed (instruction manual not followed), the product is modified or otherwise mishandled, or the product has been repaired or parts replaced by unauthorized personnel.
This warranty is invalid if communicated verbally or in writing.
Damage caused by lightning or improper installation is not covered under this warranty.
When requesting service or repair, the original warranty card must be presented.
FANHUB HOME APPLIANCES SDN. BHD. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this warranty without prior notice.

Can I Return my product?
The product can be returned within 15 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The product must be in good working order.
