However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs or expectations. That's why we offer a 5-day full money refund policy for all ceiling fans purchased through our website.

Refund Policy:

  1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the ceiling fan in its original, mint condition within 5 days of receipt for a full refund.

  2. The fan must be returned in its original packaging, with all components and accessories included. Any scratches, dents or other damage to the fan or its packaging will void the refund.

  4. Once we receive the returned fan and confirm that it is in its original, mint condition, we will process your refund. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  5. We are unable to refund shipping and handling fees, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  6. If the product is received in damaged condition, it will not be accepted for refund.
